God finishes His creation by the birth of a woman, born from Adam’s side as he sleeps a deep sleep, a deep rest. The woman complete God’s creative work. She represents the pinnacle of that work because with her creation, with her birth from the side of Adam, marriage now becomes possible. God in a very deepest sense, left the best for last. With this birth of Eve, the mystery of the world is unveil. The unveiling of the bride caused Adam to burst in songs of thanksgiving ‘This at last, the bone of my bone, and flesh of my flesh’. The world is complete and God had unveil the mystery of matrimony. – Symbolon: Beloved.
